Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. For whatever reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange merchandise for a full refund within 30 days.  All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the same condition as you received and in the original box and/or packaging. If you are returning a gift, you will receive a store merchandise credit.

In the case of an exchange, shipping for the new item will be free of charge. (However, we do not refund return shipping charges unless we made an error.)

Return/Exchange items to any Rebacca store
You may return items purchased at our website to any Rebacca's store (link to your local store here). Take your merchandise and receipt to your local store. Any Sales Associate can process the return for you.

Return by mail

Please go to www.rebaccashoes.com/rma  to fill in the Return Merchandise Authorization form and mail it using the shipping label. Below lists the steps for you:
 
• Complete the Return Merchandise Authorization form, indicating item(s) being returned and reason(s) – this is for our continuous improvement. Or, call Rebacca Customer Service Center at 281-829-5888 regarding the return of merchandise.
• Upon receiving the return notice or call, Customer Service Center will review it. If qualified for return, you will receive a return shipping label in your e-mail box.
• Print the return shipping label and place it on top of the original shipping box (removed or cover/overlap all old labels)
• Securely pack your merchandise with the receipt in the original shipping box
• Drop the box to any UPS store or dropbox with the pre-paid shipping label
• Once your return is received by us and inspected to be in original condition (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. If you provided an email address, we'll notify you via email when your return has been received and processed.

Exchange items by mail

You will not be charged for the shipping cost of your replacement item. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. Below lists the steps:
• Complete the Return Merchandise Authorization form, indicating item(s) being exchanged and reason(s) – this is for our continuous improvement. Or, call Rebacca Customer Service Center at 281-829-5888 regarding the exchange of merchandise.
• Upon receiving the exchange notice or call, Customer Service Center will review it and mail you the exchanged item. Note that you will be charged for the exchange item less shipping cost. Refund for the items been exchanged will be processed upon receiving of the merchandise.
• You will receive a return shipping label, in your e-mail box, for the original item to be returned to us.
• Print the shipping label and place it on top of the original shipping box (removed or cover/overlap all old labels)
• Securely pack your merchandise with the receipt in the original shipping box
• Drop the box to any UPS store or dropbox with the pre-paid shipping label
• We'll process your return within 3 days of receipt and refund you the original order amount (note that we do not refund shipping charge on the original order). If you provided us an email address, we'll notify you via email when your return has been received and processed.
• If the requested exchange item is not available, you will receive credit to the original form of payment. Merchandise credits will be issued for gifts. If you paid with a gift card, the debited amount will be returned in the form of a new gift card.

Returing items purchased at Rebacca store

You may return or exchange items purchased in the store to any Rebacca's store. Take your merchandise with original box and receipt to a store convenient to you (find your local store here). Any Sales Associate can process the return or exchange for you.  Upon inspection without problems, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
